PITCHSHIFT
Pitch-Shifting, zynaptified. PITCHSHIFT is the ultimate pitch-shifting plug-in for music production, sound design and post production. It combines multiple high-quality pitch algorithms, ranging from the classic delay-line design to advanced resynthesis and state-of-the-art hybrid processing. The plug-in will be available in two tiers: the three-algorithm PITCHSHIFT for mono and stereo duties, and the six-algorithm PITCHSHIFT PRO, which supports up to 16 channels of phase-synchronous multi-channel processing for immersive workflows.

SPECIFICATIONS
PITCHSHIFT supports mono and stereo operation, while PITCHSHIFT PRO supports audio up to 16 channels wide. Both support all common sampling rates from 44.1kHz to 192kHz, depending on available CPU resources, and run as 64-bit AAX Native, AU, VST 3. The plug-ins support macOS 10.15.x or newer, on Intel & Apple Silicon processors, and Windows 10 or newer. PITCHSHIFT and PITCHSHIFT PRO use PACE copy protection, requiring a free ilok.com account, and can be activated to the hard drive of your computer or an iLok 2 or newer USB dongle. PITCHSHIFT and PITCHSHIFT PRO are single user/seat licensed, but allow dual activations for convenience.

So, what is this Early Access thing, and why should you take advantage of it?
Basically, you buy PITCHSHIFT PRO now, but at the PITCHSHIFT price, saving a bunch of money and getting the hot new stuff ahead of the others. There's no special enrollment or anything like that – just grab PITCHSHIFT PRO at the reduced price and start making awesome sounds.

SOUNDS GREAT... BUT WHAT'S THE CATCH?
Not a lot, really. The Early Access version has the final license, and when we officially ship, your version becomes the final - it's just a matter of downloading the latest installers & you're good.
It's not 100% done yet, though. Some smaller features may not yet be included. We'll be adding them as they get finished. There may be some bugs, which we'll be resolving as they surface, but in general, this is not a beta version – the Early Access release is generally stable and well tested, so we anticipate any bugs to be mainly of cosmetic nature. We do recommend a grain of salt for good measure, though – it is pre-release software at the end of the day.
We may be adding more presets for the final release, and may add to the already rather comprehensive manual.
And that's pretty much it.
All in all, we think the Early Access option is a great deal with a very limited downside.

Copy Protection
This software uses the latest PACE copy protection, which allows you to place your activation on your machine or on an iLok 2* (or newer; not included). You will need a free iLok.com account to use our software, even for the the demos - but you do not necessarily need the iLok 2 dongle, if your machine has internet access (activation of a system without internet connectivity requires an iLok 2 device). All required software is installed along with our plugins, but we generally recommend downloading the latest versions directly from iLok.com.
*Please note: the older, first generation (blue) iLok is not supported!
CPU Load
Please note: While they are highly optimized, our plug-ins use a LOT of CPU due to the complex nature of the magic they perform. Please use the free trial to evaluate whether your system has sufficient resources to utilize the software effectively! We recommend setting your playback buffer size to at least 512 or ideally 1024 samples for optimum performance.
As our plug-ins sport unique features not found in any other software, we highly recommend reading their manuals to ensure you get the most out of them!
